But I agree about including extra things to round out and personalize things. The Temple of Pelor was included as a side adventure to help beef up the party before going back into the ToEE, since they so thoroughly got their asses kicked the first time through. This will probably be the cleric's main residence once he achieves "name" level. He is certainly well on the way at this point.

Thanks for the feedback.Al H.https://www.blogger.com/profile/12851740892297960827noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8853630137127201143.post-5883516532314103392011-12-28T16:45:42.746-05:002011-12-28T16:45:42.746-05:00Interesting idea. I like including more religious ...Interesting idea. I like including more religious aspects in my games: shrines, temples, and the like. I blame the fact that I'm a "traddie" (a traditional Roman Catholic: Latin, incense, ornate vestments, etc.).

One of the additions in my game was a Shrine to Hextor. In my Hommlet, a small group of Hextorian knights (10-15) fought at Emridy Meadows....on the side of Weal! LE knights would surely be opposed to the rise of Chaos as well!

Largely forgotten, they still maintain a small shrine at the site.Anthony N.
